广西壮族自治区科委规划发展处专门抓应用系统工程制订地县社会、经济、生态、科技协调发展长远规划工作,特点是地、县同步进行,便于衔接。到1988年元月底止,已开展62个地县。其中,已正式鉴定的有17个:中山、容县、扶绥、蒲北、田林、天峨、荔蒲、平南、宜山、环江、罗城、都安、东兰、凤山、巴马、河地、南丹;准备鉴定的
Planning and Development Division of Science and Technology Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region devoted to grasp the long-term planning of the coordinated development of social, economic, ecological and scientific and technological development of prefectures and counties by application system engineering. The characteristics are that prefectures and counties are synchronized to facilitate the convergence. By the end of January 1988, 62 prefectures had been launched. Among them, 17 have been formally identified: Zhongshan, Rongxian, Fusui, Pubei, Tianlin, Tian’e, Lipu, Pingnan, Yishan, Huanjiang, Luocheng, Du’an, Donglan, Fengshan and Ba Horse, river, Nandan; ready for identification
