随着科学技术的迅猛发展,以电子计算机为代表的现代技术在图书馆中的广泛应用,使图书馆的现代化管理进入了一个新阶段。它改变了贮存知识的形式和获取知识的手段,大大提高了图书馆的工作效率,使图书馆正在成为一个进行自动化处理的文献情报交流系统。到目前为止,我国已有近40余所省市级教育学院配备了计算机,有的已开始投入使用。但是,在图书馆进行计算机管理后,又遇到了一些新问题。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the extensive application of modern technology represented by electronic computer in the library has brought the modern management of the library into a new stage. It has changed the form of knowledge storage and access to knowledge, greatly improving the efficiency of the library, so that the library is becoming an automated processing of information exchange system. So far, nearly 40 provincial and municipal education institutes in our country have been equipped with computers, and some of them have already begun to be put into use. However, after the computer management in the library, it encountered some new problems.
