1月15日下午,上海电影界的老前辈、著名电影工作者以及上海各电影厂领导干部五十余人参加了由文化部副部长丁峤主持的茶话会。茶话会在上海锦江俱乐部举行。文化部部长朱穆之首先向大家问好,并请与会者就如何改革电影体制发表意见。到会同志虽然都已年过半百,有的甚至已届古稀,但却兴奋异常,他们怀着对电影事业的责任感,在会上畅所欲言。上海电影译制厂厂长陈叙一说,体制改革势在必行,必须立即提到议事日程上来,编剧李天济、羽山马上接过话题:“我们建议,上影厂在体制改革方面
