为满足先进制造系统的需求,按照STEP 标准,进行了模具产品集成建模的研究。参照STEP的三层结构模式建立了模具产品模型的总体结构,并具体分析了其核心部分———模具产品集成信息模型。充分考虑模具产品生命周期的特点,将模具产品集成信息模型进一步分为模具需求子模型、模具产品结构子模型及模具广义特征子模型,同时探讨了模具产品集成信息模型集成资源的内容及其应用协议的开发过程,力图为模具开发提供基于统一标准的参考模型
In order to meet the needs of advanced manufacturing systems, according to the STEP standard, the mold product integration modeling was studied. With reference to the three-tier structure model of STEP, the overall structure of the mold product model is established, and the core part of the mold product integration information model is specifically analyzed. Considering the characteristics of mold product life cycle, the information model of mold product integration is further divided into the mold requirement sub-model, the mold product structure sub-model and the mold generalized characteristic sub-model. At the same time, the content and application of integrated information model of mold product integration resource are discussed.
