武钢三炼钢板坯连铸车间铁皮旋流位于连铸车间与三炼钢东路之间,靠近车间G—H跨10.17线,它是由内径18m、壁厚0.8m、深21.85m的铁皮旋流池和内壁尺寸16m×17m、壁厚1m、深17.28m的地下泵房以及内壁尺寸12m×6m、壁厚0.8m、深4.55m的脱水坑组成的一个整体,铁皮旋流池外壁距连铸车间厂房柱基最近距离为5.5m。(见图1)
