主编伦理是伦理道德体系中作者、编辑、读者在对学术出版环境价值观念认同的基础上提出的维护学术交流道德观念和行为的要求。学报主编的学术声誉、管理艺术和人格魅力,是高校学报建设与发展的基础、动力和关键。高校学报要准确定位,突出特色和优势并保持发展,必须从选聘、培育、制度规范等方面加强学报主编伦理构建。
Editing ethics is the author’s, editors and readers in the ethics and moral system based on the recognition of the value of academic publishing environment on the basis of the proposed maintenance of academic exchange of moral values and behavior requirements. The chief editor’s academic reputation, management art and charisma are the foundation, motivation and key to the construction and development of university journals. To accurately locate the journals of colleges and universities, highlight the features and advantages and maintain their development, it is necessary to strengthen the ethics construction of the chief editors of the journals from aspects of selecting and hiring, training, standardizing the system and so on.
