移动互联为特征的信息时代加速了出版产业的颠覆、重构、跨界、融合,也使得传统出版也迎来了数字化转型的机遇与转折。数字化转型定位的实践和理论需要技术创新能力评价体系的合理构建。本文在分析技术创新能力影响因素的基础上,构建出科学合理的出版企业数字出版技术创新能力评价指标体系,将江苏省数字出版产业作为个案进行体系应用研究。
The information age characterized by mobile internet has accelerated the subversion, reconstruction, cross-border and integration of the publishing industry, and also brought about the opportunities and turning points for the digital transformation of traditional publishing. The Practice and Theory of Digital Transformation Positioning Needs the Rational Construction of the Evaluation System of Technological Innovation Ability. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of technological innovation ability, this paper constructs a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of digital publishing technological innovation ability of publishing enterprises, and studies the application of digital publishing industry in Jiangsu Province as a case study.
