【摘 要】
：
2006年12月开始用吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术(PPH)治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期痔及重度环状混合痔患者155例,取得满意的近期疗效.男95例,女60例;年龄33～75岁,平均45岁;病程1～25年,平均12年.

2006年12月开始用吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术(PPH)治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期痔及重度环状混合痔患者155例,取得满意的近期疗效.男95例,女60例;年龄33～75岁,平均45岁;病程1～25年,平均12年.主要症状有反复发作便后滴血或手纸带血,咳嗽或久站后或劳累后肛门部痔脱出,其中20例痔块脱出后不能回纳,以嵌顿痔急诊入院.所有病例均符合中华医学会痔诊断标准的Ⅲ～Ⅳ期痔及重度环状混合痔,并排除了直肠肿瘤.155例患者中行腰麻或骶麻35例,行局麻120例.采用常州市康迪医用吻合器有限公司生产的一次性管形痔吻合器.
