测定胆石症手术病人胆囊胆汁23例,平均胆红素含量为55.1毫克/100毫升胆汁。其中胆红素钙结石9例,平均胆红素含量为43.3毫克％。另测定非胆石胆囊胆汁的胆红素13例,平均值为175.5毫克％,文献报告正常值为200毫克％,本组胆石症病人,特别胆红素钙结石病人胆汁胆红素含量较正常值低,似可说明胆红素胆石的形成与胆汁中胆红素的总量没有显著的关系,此点与溶血性黄胆形成纯胆红素结石的机制不同。
