工农业用水的浪费和严重的水污染问题加剧了水资源供需紧张的矛盾。中国是个农业大国,同时也是个水资源贫乏的国家。我国采取了一系列的措施来解决水资源紧张的问题,目前,最受关注的就是农业的节水灌溉问题。农业的发展离不开水,但我国的农业灌溉方式存在一定的弊端,没有实现水资源的合理利用,浪费水资源的现象非常普遍。在农业发展的过程中需要推广节水灌溉工程的应用,实现水资源的合理利用。
Wasting of industrial and agricultural water and serious water pollution have exacerbated the contradiction between the tight supply and demand of water resources. China is a big agricultural country as well as a water-poor country. Our country has taken a series of measures to solve the problem of water shortage. At present, the most concern is the problem of water-saving irrigation in agriculture. The development of agriculture is inseparable from the water. However, there are some drawbacks to the agricultural irrigation in our country. It is very common that water resources should not be rationally used and wasting water resources. In the process of agricultural development need to promote the application of water-saving irrigation projects to achieve the rational use of water resources.
