A HD1002A high-speed wire cutting machine console for the TP801 single-board machine modification products, has been used for 10 years. According to the operator, the console has often been in operation for a period of time. Work, each can only enter a period of procedures, not to process complex parts, affecting the production, so require maintenance. Through observation, we found that there is no law of error: when the same instruction repeatedly runs for a number of times, it may sometimes run after it is completed. Sometimes an error occurs halfway though the point of the fault is inconsistent. Programs such as straight lines and arcs may be faulty.
