[目的]探讨模糊数学法在职业病危害控制效果评价工作中的应用,为探索控制效果评价方法提供依据,对职业危害做出更客观、更全面的评价。[方法]采用现场职业卫生调查及检验检测法对某钢铁企业COREX炼铁项目进行职业病危害因素识别与检测,借助模糊数学法进行综合评价。[结果]COREX炼铁项目三个主要生产单元:原料输送单元、炼铁单元、废水处理单元等职业病危害控制水平综合评价为Ⅱ级(良),三个单元整体职业病危害控制效果综合评价也为Ⅱ级(良)。[结论]模糊数学法可综合考虑职业病危害因素的固有危害程度、现场浓(强)度和接触程度,为综合量化职业病危害因素控制水平提供参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the application of fuzzy mathematics in the evaluation of occupational disease hazard control effect, provide a basis for exploring the control effect evaluation method, and make a more objective and comprehensive evaluation of occupational hazards. [Methods] The field occupational health survey and test method were used to identify and detect occupational hazards in COREX iron project of a steel enterprise. The fuzzy mathematics method was used to make a comprehensive evaluation. [Results] The three main production units of COREX iron-making project: the comprehensive evaluation of the control level of occupational hazards such as raw material conveying unit, iron making unit and wastewater treatment unit was Grade II (good), and the comprehensive evaluation of the control effect of occupational hazards in the three units was also Ⅱ grade (good). [Conclusion] The fuzzy mathematics method can comprehensively consider the degree of intrinsic harm, the concentration (intensity) and the contact degree of occupational hazards in order to provide a reference for comprehensively quantifying the control level of occupational hazards.
