机床主轴系统是机床中最重要的运动部件之一,它的自由振动特性,如固有频率及其相应振型,对机床的动态性能有很大的影响,因此在机床设计阶段为比较主轴系统的结构方案以及分析比较现有机床主轴系统的动态特性时,均需分析计算其自由振动特性。解决此问题的方法很多,不一一列举,本文仅介绍用传递矩阵法在计算器或数字电子计算机上分析计算机床主轴系统或类似轴系的固有频率及其相应振型,并且着重介绍
The spindle system of the machine tool is one of the most important moving parts in the machine tool. Therefore, in the stage of machine tool design, Structural scheme as well as the analysis and comparison of the dynamic characteristics of the existing spindle system of the machine, it is necessary to analyze and calculate its free vibration characteristics. There are many ways to solve this problem, not to mention one by one, this article only describes the use of transfer matrix method in the calculator or digital electronic computer analysis of the spindle system or similar shaft system of natural frequencies and their corresponding vibration mode, and highlighting
