为了提高高速线材的打包质量,我们在打包机前增设滚圆机。滚圆机液压系统执行机构的工作原理主要是实现“压实小车上升→压实小车压实→滚圆→压实小车后退→压实小车下降”的工作循环。设计要求是根据生产节奏液压系统整个动作来进行时间控制的。本着节能、高效的原则,在尽可能利用现场原有设备的基础上,基于滚圆机的工作要求,对其液压系统进行负载分析、液压缸主要参数的确定、液压系统图的拟定以及液压元件的选定,以期进一步推进包装行业的优化发展。
