我们大治河东水闸管理所是一个以排涝洗碱,冲淤保港,纳潮泄洪,改善水质为主要职能的水利工程管理单位,由于规费收入的逐年减少,出现了严重的收不抵支现象,而对工程管理收不抵支的情况,我认为要通过搞生产经营来弥补,但是,面对当前市场萧条,很多企业微利、无利,甚至亏损,经济增长点究竟在哪儿呢?笔者认为:房地产业将成为我们经济新的增长点。其理由是:一、政策优势1.社会经济的现代化实际上就是人类社会的城市化发展。我国正处在城市化的加速发展阶段,为了适应整个社会的城市化发展要求,就必须对传统体制下的原有土地进行调整,这样房地产业的发展也就成为优势。
