引言长期以来,国内学界将“以语言为工具、以各种文学形式形象地反映生活,表达作者对人生、社会的认知和情感,以唤起人的美感,给人以艺术享受的著作”的翻译统称为文学翻译,将文学文本(主要是诗歌、散文、戏剧、小说类文本)之外的文本的翻译统称为非文学翻译(李长栓,2008:23)。其实在中国,非文学翻译无论是发展历史,还是在日常翻译活动中所占的比重,都能与文学翻译匹敌。从发展历史来看,中国“远在原始社会各氏(部)族之间,就应该有双语人或多语人的翻译活动”(马祖毅,1999:1),这种以消除日常交际障碍为目的的翻译自然是非文学
