品德“软实力”当为选人“硬标准”品德是指人的内心品质、情感和信念,是一个人内在素质、情操、修养等日常体现。它是衡量人们行为善恶的尺度,是评价人们行为是非的标准。当前,随着改革开放的不断深化,各种思想潮流也随之涌入,人们的道德观念呈现复杂多变的特征。恶性食品事件接连不断,干部腐化堕落日趋蔓延,助人为乐反遭诬陷等等道德滑坡现象,使得社会公德、从政官德、传统美德面临着严峻考验。遏制道德滑坡,可谓是任重道远。
