本文扼要地复习静脉内甲基强的松龙(methyl-prednisolone)大剂量冲击治疗类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的文献。疗效 Liebling 等首先报道用甲基强的松龙冲击治疗10例顽固性 RA 病人的双盲交叉试验,静脉内注射甲基强的松龙或安慰剂1g,每月1次连续6月。接受药物治疗病人关节触痛、走路时间和握力强度等平均计分均见显著好转(P<0.05)。免疫复合物及IgG 水平均显著降低(P<0.01),连续治疗平均2.9±0.4月就显示疗
This review summarizes the literature on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with intravenous bolus methyl-prednisolone. Efficacy Liebling et al. First reported a double-blind crossover trial of methylprednisolone in ten patients with refractory RA, intravenous methylprednisolone or placebo 1 g once per month for six consecutive months. Patients receiving drug treatment joint tenderness, walking time and grip strength average score were significantly improved (P <0.05).
