继海峡两岸图书馆学者共同出席学术会议和台湾学者组团来大陆访问、参观之后,最近天津《图书馆工作与研究》杂志与台湾师范大学《图书馆学与资讯科学》半年刊经过双方努力,共同组织了以“如何促进海峡两岸图书情报事业发展和交流”为题的笔谈会。两岸著名学者及图书馆专家王振鹄、沈宝环、胡述兆、卢荷生、张鼎钟、林美和、胡欧兰、黄士雄,陈誉、彭斐章、周文骏、庄守经、冯承柏、王振鸣、黄俊贵、辛希孟、孔宪楷以及由台赴美的李志钟、周宁森、何光国等就中国图书馆事业发展之渊源、当前现状及今后如何合作、交流等问题撰文笔谈。此举不仅在中国图书馆界专刊中是为首创,而且也是今后双方合
