机床液压系统常见的故障中,有相当多一部分是由于液压油不清洁所造成的。正确使用液压油,防止油液受污染就十分重要。在行业标准ZBJ50 016—89〈金属切削机床液压系统通用技术条件〉中虽有“油液清洁度应符合相应标准”的规定,但无具体内容,亦未见有相应标准。今参考行业标准JB/T6996—93〈重型机械液压系统通用技术条件〉,将清洁度等级标准的具体内容介绍如下,供广大维修工作者参考。 1.液压油清洁度等级由两个代码组成。前一个代码表示每100ml油液大于5μm的固体污染物颗粒数,
