采用XRD初步研究了经激波作用的非晶态合金Fe(78)B(13)Si9的晶化,结果表明,激波对非晶态合金Fe(78)B(13)Si9具有强烈影响。激波可以使非晶态合金Fe(78)B(13)Si9转变为多品材料,结晶出新的晶化相。这些晶化相的x-射线衍射峰不同于用传统退火工艺得到的晶化峰,且各自彼此也不同。激波可能是一种很好的研究非晶晶化的新技术。
The crystallization of the amorphous alloy Fe (78) B (13) Si9 by shock wave was studied by XRD. The results show that the shock wave has a strong influence on the amorphous alloy Fe (78) B (13) Si9. The shock wave can transform the amorphous alloy Fe (78) B (13) Si9 into multi-component materials to crystallize the new crystallized phase. The x-ray diffraction peaks of these crystallized phases are different from the crystallization peaks obtained by a conventional annealing process, and each is also different from each other. Shock may be a good new technique for studying amorphous crystallization.
