中国振动工程学会第二届土动力学专业委员会暨学术交流会于1992年9月22日至25日在安徽省黄山举行,出席委员代表42名。会议开幕式由第一届委员会副主任委员吴世明主持并宣读了中国振动工程学会同意汪闻韶等51名学术委员组成第二届土动力学专业委员会的批文。由主任委员作关于“提高土动力学学科的研究水平和服务素质,投入国民经济建设主战场”的开幕词,由秘书长徐攸在作“第一届委员会的工作总结和第二届委员会的工作要点”的报告。会议期间,委员们对第一届委员会的工作总结及大会的其它议程进行热烈讨论并落实了今、明两年的工作
The Second Soil Dynamics Professional Committee and Academic Exchange Meeting of the Chinese Society of Vibration Engineering was held in Huangshan, Anhui Province from September 22nd to 25th, 1992 and attended 42 member representatives. The opening ceremony of the meeting was presided over by Wu Shiming, deputy chairman of the first session of the committee, and read out the approval of the China Earthquake Engineering Society that Wang Wenquan and other 51 academic members form the second session of the Committee on Soil Dynamics. The opening speech of the chairman of the committee on “Improving the research level and service quality of soil dynamics disciplines and investing in the main battlefield of national economic construction” was prepared by the Secretary-General Xu Wei, “The summary of the work of the first committee and the second committee’s “Working point” report. During the meeting, the members discussed the work of the first committee and other agendas of the conference enthusiastically and implemented the work of the present and the next two years.
