青少年短跑运动员力量训练的特点与方法

现代短跑技术认识的深化和理论的变革,必然会导致训练内容、方法、手段的革新。短跑专项力量作为短跑训练的重要组成部分,已然成为各级教练员、运动员备加关注的焦点问题。笔者由2006年以来的执教经验并结合查阅大量有关短跑专项力量训练最新研究的基础上,提出青少年短跑运动员的力量训练应遵循如下的原则,同时例举了训练实践中行之有效的练习方法。 Deepening understanding of modern sprint technology and theoretical changes will inevitably lead to the reform of training contents, methods and means. Sprint special forces as an important part of sprint training, has become the focus of coaches, athletes at all levels of attention. Based on the most recent research on the special strength training of sprinting, the author puts forward the following principles for the strength training of young sprinters since the coaching experience since 2006, and at the same time gives examples of effective practice methods in training practice.
