试验方法概要超声探伤时,由于试件表面粗糙给超声的传播和反射带来的影响是在按ASTM特制的圆柱体试块上进行试验的。试验采用全水浸法和局部水浸法耦合,超声波束垂直入射并透入试件;先依次在不同粗糙度的表面上进行测定,然后再测定作为对比基准的光滑表面。在本报告中,除记述全水浸法耦合时不同粗糙面的试验结果之外,还对局部水浸法和空隙接触时表面回波与粗糙度之间的关系作简要介绍
Summary of test methods Ultrasonic flaw detection, as the specimen surface roughness to the propagation and reflection of ultrasound impact is in accordance with the ASTM test on a cylinder block test. The test was conducted by a combination of full water immersion and local water immersion. The ultrasonic beam was incident perpendicularly and penetrated into the test piece. The test was performed on surfaces with different roughness in turn, and then the smooth surface as a reference was determined. In this report, in addition to describing the experimental results of different rough surfaces when coupled with full water immersion, the relationship between surface echoes and roughness at the time of local water immersion and void contact is briefly introduced
