背景:历时近两年时间修订的《中国共产党巡视工作条例》8月13日对外公布全文,新修订的条例将中央巡视工作领导小组对省区市巡视工作原“指导”关系改变为“领导”关系,还扩大了被巡视对象的范围,将法院、检察院党组主要负责人,副省级城市四套班子党组主要负责人以及中央部委、国家机关、人民团体领导班子及其成员、央属企业等纳入巡视范围。(8月14日《京华时报》)
Background: The “Work Regulations of the Chinese Communist Party Patrol” which was revised in the recent two years was released to the public on August 13, and the newly revised regulation changed the leadership work group of the Central Inspection Patrol to the original “guidance” of patrolling work in provinces, “Leaders”, but also expanded the scope of the object to be patrolled. The main leaders of the courts and procuratorate’s leading party groups, the chief leaders of the four party groups in the sub-provincial cities as well as the leading bodies and their members of the central ministries, state organs and people’s organizations, Central enterprises included in the inspection range.
