:以耐热性不同的 3个辣椒品种湘研 1 ,5 ,8号为试材 ,测定在自然高温条件下叶片的质膜透性、丙二醛 (MDA )与脯氨酸 (Pro)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)与过氧化物酶 (POX)活性 .结果表明 ,品种间上述指标存在明显差异 .辣椒耐热性与电解质外渗率和 MDA含量呈负相关 ;与 SOD和 POX活性以及 Pro含量呈正相关 .电解质外渗率和上述 4种物质的含量可作为辣椒耐热性鉴定的指标
: Three Chinese pepper cultivars with different heat tolerance, Xiangyan No. 1, No. 5 and No. 8, were used as materials to measure the plasma membrane permeability, malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline content of leaves under natural high temperature conditions (SOD) and peroxidase (POX) activities of the two cultivars were studied.The results showed that there were significant differences among the above indexes.The heat tolerance of pepper was negatively correlated with electrolyte leakage rate and MDA content.Compared with SOD and POX Activity and Pro content was positively correlated with the electrolyte leakage rate and the content of the above four substances can be used as indicators of pepper heat tolerance
