根据北京市蒲黄榆路天然气管线与地铁5号线刘家窑车站的位置关系及相关特征,建立了天然气管线、地铁车站及周围土体三者相互作用的一体化三维模型。通过对施工过程的仿真模拟计算,得到了不同施工阶段对车站通风道结构、车站出入口结构、车站主体结构及车站轨道区结构的影响。根据仿真结果确定第三方监测的测点布置及施工过程中的控制值,并通过监测数据验证仿真结果的正确性。
According to the relationship between Puhuangyu natural gas pipeline in Beijing and Liujiayao station on Line 5, an integrated three-dimensional model of interaction between natural gas pipeline, metro station and surrounding soil is established. Through the simulation and calculation of the construction process, the influence of different construction stages on the structure of the station ventilation duct, the entrance and exit of the station, the main structure of the station and the structure of the orbit zone of the station is obtained. According to the simulation results, the third party monitors the location of measuring points and the control values in the construction process, and verifies the correctness of the simulation results by the monitoring data.
