在构建学习化社会的过程中,社会力量办学如雨后春笋,蓬勃发展。在方兴未艾的办学热潮中,笔者认为,要讲点辩证法,处理好几个关系。办学的“热”与“冷”的关系社会力量办学的创始、发展都与市场的需求息息相关,常常会形成一些适应市场需求的“热门”专业。而我在办学过程中认识到,犹如世界上一切事物具有两重性一样,“热门”的专业也有两重性。当某一个专业一哄而上被“炒”
