目的:探究使用中药注射剂的不良反应及其原因,并制定出合理使用中药注射剂的要点,以期为中药注射剂在临床中的应用给以理论参考。方法:参考近期以来国内医药学文献资料中对中药注射剂不良反应的分析,结合笔者工作经验,整合提出中药注射剂的使用要点。结果:中药注射剂在现今临床中有着较为广泛的应用,且存在一定的安全隐患。结论:为提高中药注射剂使用的安全性标准,必须结合患者实况与药剂应用特点进行合理应用,进一步发挥出中药注射剂在临床中的重要作用。
Objective: To explore the adverse reactions of using traditional Chinese medicine injections and its causes, and to draw up the main points of rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections so as to provide theoretical reference for the application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in clinical practice. Methods: With reference to the analysis of the adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections in domestic medical literature recently, combining with the author’s work experience, the author points out the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections. Results: Traditional Chinese medicine injection has a wide range of applications in clinical practice, and there are some potential safety problems. Conclusion: In order to improve the safety standard of traditional Chinese medicine injection, we must combine the actual situation of the patients with the characteristics of the application of the medicine to make rational use of the traditional Chinese medicine injection and further play its important role in clinical practice.
