目的 :对基层医院中药饮片质量中存在的问题进行分析,并结合实际情况采用有效的优化改进措施,提升基层医院中药饮片质量管理水平。方法 :对100份中药饮片检验报告单进行归类、统计、分析和处理。结果 :通过本次研究,基层医院中药饮片质量问题主要体现在药品性状不合格、药品检查不合格、药品变质、药品炮制不合格以及药品鉴别不合格这五个方面。结论 :对于基层医院中药饮片质量现状,应该积极采用有效的改进措施,加强中药饮片采购管理,对中药饮片的品种和真伪进行仔细区分,严格入库验收,并加强库存管理,在中药饮片炮制和处方调剂过程中,也必须加强管理和审核,这样才能保证基层医院中药饮片质量。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the existing problems in the quality of Chinese medicine decoction pieces in primary hospitals and to adopt effective measures to optimize and improve the quality of decoction pieces in order to improve the quality management of Chinese medicine decoction piece in primary hospitals. Methods: 100 Chinese Herbal Pieces inspection reports were classified, statistical analysis and processing. Results: Through this study, the quality problems of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces in primary hospitals are mainly reflected in the following five aspects: unqualified drug traits, unqualified drug inspection, deterioration of medicines, unqualified drug manufacture and unqualified drug identification. Conclusion: For the current situation of the quality of Chinese medicine Pieces in primary hospitals, effective measures should be taken to improve the purchase management of Chinese Pieces. Carefully differentiate the varieties and authenticity of Pieces of Chinese Medicine, carry out strict storage and acceptance and strengthen inventory management. And the prescription swap process, we must also strengthen management and audit, so as to ensure the quality of the grass-roots hospital Pieces.
