教育孩子不难,难的是自我管理。爱说起来不难,难的是尊重和信任。我们常常以“爱”的名义,行“占有”和“控制”之实,而缺乏对孩子尊严和自我价值的尊重。又因对孩子内在的自我成长动力和能力缺乏信任和信心,总会不自觉地去阻碍孩子试图靠自己努力作出的独立行为。班级有一次开放家长半日活动,为了增进亲子情谊,提高孩子动手操作能力,我们请家长和孩子共同制作一份有关春
