民国成立后,律师制度得到了确立。随着上海成立律师公会,各地也纷纷竞相成立。东北也相应建起了律师公会,成为构成中国律师界的一个重要的组成部分。分析民初东北师的基本概况有助于了解其自身的特点,加强对民初东北律师的认识。虽然在民国初期人民对律师存在负面的评价。但不能否认东北律师出现和发展在健全司法,维护人权,促进法政教育等方面起到了积极的作用。
After the founding of the Republic of China, the lawyer system was established. With the founding of the Society of Lawyers in Shanghai, various places have also been vying with each other. The Northeast also set up a lawyer’s association accordingly, becoming an important part of the Chinese lawyer community. Analysis of the basic profile of Northeast China division during the early Republic of China will help to understand its own characteristics and strengthen the knowledge of lawyers in northeast China.
