人乳头瘤病毒( HPV)是一种无包膜的小DNA病毒,其持续感染可导致人类皮肤和黏膜的异常增生。晶状体上皮源性生长因子( LEDGF)是一种应激反应蛋白,其在多种癌组织中的表达上调,HPV-E6/E7和LEDGF蛋白的表达与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关,两者相互作用,最终导致细胞癌变。该文概述了HPV-E6/E7与LEDGF蛋白相互作用的机制及其与宫颈癌的研究进展。“,”Human papilloma virus( HPV) is a small non-enveloped DNA virus,the persistent infection of which can cause abnormal proliferation of human skin and mucous membranes.Lens epithelial-derived growth factor ( LEDGF) is a stress response protein, and the recent researches indicate that LEDGF is up-regulated in several cancers.The expression of HPV-E6/E7 and LEDGF protein are closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, interactions of HPV-E6/E7 and LEDGF protein ultimately lead to cancerous cells.Here is to make a review of the research progress in the interaction mechanism of HPV-E6/E7 and LEDGF protein,and its role in the progress of cervical cancer.
