癌症治疗手段的进步极大提高了患者的生存率，因此关注生存者相关问题变得很重要。在过去的数十年，针对癌症生存者的生殖技术取得了长足进步，针对这些进步作一讨论有助于改善癌症治疗结束后幸存者的生殖健康，而患者对癌症治疗后生殖健康的了解是生存者获得高质量生活的关键。该文阐述了恶性肿瘤的治疗方法对患者的生殖功能的损害，以及国内外目前可以使用的生殖保护措施，以期为癌症患者的生殖健康提供防护和治疗参考。“,”With the advancement of diagnosis and treatment of cancer,the survival rate is improving, therefore the survivor related issues have become important.Reproductive technologies aiming at cancer sur-vivors have been improving over the past decades,the discussion about the issue are helpful for survivor′s reproductive health after cancer treatment,and understanding the reproductive health is the key to improve the quality of life of the survivors.Here elucidates the damage of reproductive health caused by the treatments of malignant tumors and the applicable fertility preservation measures at home and abroad , so as to provide preventive and therapeutic suggestions for reproductive health of the cancer patients .
