自从中共中央、国务院《关于加强职工教育工作的决定》和全国职工教育管理委员会等五单位关于“双补”的联合通知下达以后,在全国广大地区,“双补”工作迅速开展起来。按照规定,今年是“双补”工作的最后一年,目前多数单位已经完成或接近完成,也还有些单位差得较多。对于这项工作的成绩和不足,人们看法不一。化工部教育司的《初中文化补课质量调查报告》中所反映的情况,还是有一定代表性的。说明这项工作虽然存在一些问题,但取得的成绩还是很大的,发表于此,供大家参考。
Since the CPC Central Committee and the State Council’s “Decision on Strengthening Staff Education” and the joint notification by the five national units such as the Staff Management Committee of the People’s Republic of China on “double subsidies” have been issued, “double subsidy” work has been rapidly carried out across the country. According to the regulations, this year is the last year of “double subsidy” work. At present most of the units have completed or are nearly completed, and some of them have even worse off. People have different opinions on the achievements and deficiencies of this work. The situation reflected in the Survey Report on Junior Middle School Culture Supplement by the Education Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry still has some representativeness. This shows that although there are some problems with this work, the achievements made are still very great and are published here for your reference.
