本文建立了一个防洪系统实时调度的优化模型,这个模型是个多维状态变量、一维决策变量的动态规划模型。通过不断更新洪水预报信息,对实时调度模型进行连续求解和决策,便可有效地获得一场洪水调度的最优策略。本文以HR防洪系统作为实例研究,其结果非常接近洪水过程完全确知时最优运行策略。文中,首先介绍实时调度模型的结构,然后说明模型求解步骤,最后给出了实例研究成果。
In this paper, an optimization model of real-time scheduling of flood control system is established. This model is a dynamic programming model of multidimensional state variables and one-dimensional decision variables. By continuously updating the flood forecast information and solving the real-time scheduling model continuously, the optimal strategy of flood scheduling can be effectively obtained. In this paper, HR flood control system as an example, the result is very close to the flood process is fully sure that the optimal operation strategy. In this paper, the structure of the real-time scheduling model is introduced first, then the model solving steps are explained, and finally the research results of the examples are given.
