疾病预防控制档案是疾病预防、卫生学分析、健康教育宣传,开展疫情监测、预报、流行病学分析,制定公共卫生监督、监测方案的重要数据来源。科学的划分疾病预防控制档案归档范围,合理的开发其利用潜能,努力创新多样化的服务手段。对各级疾病预防控制中心的决策部署、工作实施和应对突发公共卫生事件处置等实际中发挥着举足轻重的作用;白山市疾病预防控制中心近年来加强疾病预防控制档案的管理,逐步使档案工作走上制度化和规范化,以适应新形势下疾病预防控制工作对档案开发和利用的新要求。
Disease prevention and control files is an important data source for disease prevention, hygiene analysis, health education and publicity, epidemic situation monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological analysis and formulation of public health surveillance and monitoring programs. Scientific division of disease prevention and control of archival filing, a reasonable development of its use of potential, and strive to innovate a variety of services. In recent years, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Baishan City has stepped up the management of disease prevention and control archives and gradually brought the archives work into full play. Embarked on institutionalization and standardization to adapt to the new situation of disease prevention and control of the new requirements for file development and utilization.
