对于四物汤的补血机理研究,近年来多从免疫调控机制的角度,运用细胞生物学、分子生物学的实验方法来探寻。T细胞是细胞免疫的重要介导,T细胞过度凋亡是造成免疫能力低下的关键。四物汤的补血调血功用可能与其对T细胞过度凋亡干预有关。
In recent years, many researches on the mechanism of blood replenishing in Siwu Tang have been conducted by using the experimental methods of cell biology and molecular biology from the perspective of immune regulation mechanism. T cell is an important mediator of cellular immunity, T cell apoptosis is caused by excessive immunity to low key. Siwu Tang blood and blood function may be related to its intervention on T cell apoptosis.
