近年来,邮电部重庆通信设备厂领导班子,在市委工交政治部和中国邮电工业总公司党组的领导下,坚持以党的基本路线和“中国特色”理论为指导,紧紧围绕生产经营中心,严格按照“学习、团结、勤政、廉洁”的基本要求规范自己行为,不断提高思想素质,促成领导群体高度合力,带领全厂职工艰苦奋斗,改革创新,使企业一年上一个新台阶,获得较好的经济效益和社会效益。为此获得中共重庆市委颁发的“四好领导班子”的荣誉。
