广州鹰金钱罐头食品企业集团主体企业广东罐头厂,1989年至1991年期间,由于各方面的原因,出现了连续3年的经营性亏损,成为广州市上下极为关注的严重亏损企业。步入1992年后,在国家经济全面回升的大好形势鼓舞下,我厂抓住有利机遇,紧紧围绕市场在深化企业改革和强化内部管理上做文章,使企业摆脱困境,走出低谷,一举扭亏为盈,实现了新的效益腾飞,1991年分别增长87.9%、73.2%、117.1%。使企业步入建厂以来最好效益的黄金时期。
