1 引言 城市燃气管理中燃气输配科学调度和安全供气是燃气公司非常重视的工作。为了保证城市燃气输配系统的安全运行和稳定供气,及时发现燃气输配系统的故障和掌握供气状况,缩短紧急事件反应时间,减少损失,合理调度,节约人力物力,提高经济效益和管理水平,国内各城市燃气公司为进一步提高现代化管理水平,近年来纷纷新增或改进城市燃气输配调度指挥系统——遥测系统。
