间充质干细胞(MSCs),是一种具有自我更新能力和多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,是组织工程中的“种子细胞”。MSCs的研究,包括最初的分化潜能和近几年热门的旁分泌功能,都有了相当的进展,而且在多个领域也开展了临床上的应用。在男性不育领域内,MSCs研究目前仍在动物实验阶段中摸索,但随着人们对MSCs潜能的认识加深,基于MSCs的治疗将会是一种新颖而有效的方法。
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), an adult stem cell with self-renewal ability and multidirectional differentiation potential, are “seed cells” in tissue engineering. The research of MSCs, including the initial differentiation potential and the hot paracrine function in recent years, has made considerable progress and has also been applied clinically in various fields. In the field of male infertility, MSCs research is still being explored in animal experiments. However, as people’s understanding of the potential of MSCs deepens, the treatment based on MSCs will be a novel and effective method.
