持续镇痛泵和PcA(病人自控镇痛)技术利用硬膜外进行术后止痛,具有阿片类药物用量小,对生理干扰小,止痛时间长,效果确切的优点,提高了大手术患者术后恢复质量,缩短了康复时间,目前除应用于各科手术后的止痛外也广泛应用于癌痛的治疗。临床资料:我院近年来共完成止痛治疗1055例,其中术后止痛1017例,癌痛治疗38例,带管时间最长者达9天,一般为24～36小时。穿刺部位在腰段者
