农十师一八四团把扶贫解困工作作为工作重点,实现送温暖工程化、困难户管理规范化、帮扶活动社会化、领导走访困难户制度化、经常化,对贫困户生产上帮扶,生活上照顾,制度上保障,扶贫帮困工作收到实效。近几年,一八四团经济长足发展,2001年职均收入达8800元。团场经济情况好转,大部分职工生活富足了,但个别家庭、个别职工因病、因残、因鳏、因寡、因家庭负担过重而生活贫困,生活水平还很低。“九五”初期,该团有贫困职工187人,去年下降到79人。少数人富了不算富,只有全团广大职工都富了,才算得上是真正的富,一定要帮助贫困家庭和贫困职
