艾滋病防治的伦理难题主要包括资源的分配不公、预防艾滋病的措施与传统伦理观冲突、性伴通知的失范等。解决这些伦理难题需坚持尊重宽容、有利无害、公平公正、互帮互助和知情同意的原则,加强医务人员艾滋病防治知识和技能培训,普及预防艾滋病知识,建立完善的艾滋病防治规范和组织机构,开展人群干预,在全社会形成控制艾滋病的良好氛围。
The ethical problems of AIDS prevention and treatment mainly include the unfair distribution of resources, the conflict between measures to prevent AIDS and traditional ethics, and the loss of partner notification. To solve these ethical problems, we should adhere to the principle of respecting tolerance, favorable harm, fairness and justice, mutual assistance and informed consent, strengthen knowledge and skills training on AIDS prevention and treatment for medical personnel, popularize AIDS prevention knowledge and establish sound AIDS prevention and control norms and organizations, To carry out crowd intervention in the whole society to form a good atmosphere to control AIDS.
