目的探讨多层螺旋CT图像三维重建在结肠、直肠癌诊断中的价值。方法应用美国GE公司的多层螺旋CT对患者进行CT容积扫描,获得CT数据传入工作站进行多模式重建,并与结肠镜及手术病理对照。结果多层螺旋CT能准确地显示肿瘤的大体分型。诊断符合率100%,41例结肠癌、24例直肠癌,工作站的各种后处理技术均良好地显示肠腔内病变的大小、形态,显示肿瘤与周围腔器之间的关系。结论多层螺旋CT是诊断结肠癌、直肠癌的一种安全、快捷、准确的检查方法,具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of colon and rectal cancer. Methods CT volume scanning was performed on the patients with multi-slice spiral CT of GE Company in the United States. The CT data were obtained and sent to the workstation for multimodal reconstruction. The results were compared with those of colonoscopy and surgical pathology. Results Multi-slice spiral CT can accurately show the gross type of tumor. Diagnostic coincidence rate of 100%, 41 cases of colon cancer, 24 cases of rectal cancer, workstation post-treatment techniques are good to show the size and shape of intestinal lumen, showing the relationship between the tumor and the surrounding cavity. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT is a safe, rapid and accurate method for the diagnosis of colon cancer and rectal cancer, and has certain application value.
