我是代表第五小组来发言。首先,我要報告我组的討論情形和精神。我们採取的是自由与民主的討論方式,即用漫談的方式来進行。在討論之先,我們已經将文件仔细阅读,所以虽是隨便漫談,自由發言,伹却是自然而然的,大家的意見都集中在几个要點上,結果,對於各重要问题都充分的交換了意見,得到適當的結論。可以说我們的討論是充分發揮了民主自由的精神,达到了周副主任所指示的‘知無不言,言无不心’的目标。尤其是我们小组內包括了來自各地、各階級、各民族的分子,甚至於有些人是素未见面,但是我們的会议始終是在非常誠恳諧與愉快的空气中進行,經過短短的几天时间,大家都變成了很熟的朋友,並加强了我們彼此间的團結、以便於今后的工作。對於我們小组討論的結果,我分做如下三點报告:
I am speaking on behalf of the fifth group. First of all, I want to report on the discussion and spirit of my group.
