解放四年来,农业科学研究工作有着相当大的进步,但是我们的研究成绩对于农业生产实践所起的作用并不大,其中主要原因之一,就是我们的研究还没有充分和农民群众联系起来,也就是没有做到很好与实际结合。本所在反官僚主义斗争中,曾就结合实际问题,进行检查,在这方面发现了很多问题并对一些典型事例进行了分析批判,现在把我们的检查和初步认识写下来,希望大家共同讨论这问题,同时希望批评和指正。
In the past four years since the liberation, considerable progress has been made in agricultural science research. However, our research achievements have not played an important role in agricultural production practice. One of the major reasons for this is that our research has not yet been fully linked with the peasant masses. That is not done well with the actual combination. During the anti-bureaucratic struggle, we conducted inspections on the basis of actual problems. We found many problems in this respect and criticized and criticized some typical examples.
