(一)改进单交种配制方法:单交种产量的增产潜力比双交种更高,同时制种方法较双交种简便,整齐度也较高。但单交种存在的主要问题是亲本自交系的产量低,种子成本高。为了解决这一问题,提出了用自交系的姊妹系来配制单交种的新方法。在姊妹系(如 B_1×B_2)基础上配成的单交种,比直接用自交系(B)配制的产量高40—60%,同时配合力一般并不降低。目前采用的方法有(姊妹系 B_1×姊妹 B_2)×
