分析了爆破浆的优缺点,并介绍了麦草爆破浆的一种新型漂白方法——OP漂白。在化学药品用量较低的条件下,采取两段氧漂和两段过氧化氢漂白的方法,使纸浆白度达到了较高的水平;同时探讨了爆破浆漂白的机理,与化机浆的漂白做了比较,为进一步优化爆破浆的漂白工艺打下了基础。
The advantages and disadvantages of blasting pulp were analyzed, and a new bleaching method of wheat straw blasting pulp, OP bleaching, was introduced. Under the conditions of low dosage of chemical, bleaching of bleached pulp by two stages of oxygen bleaching and two stages of hydrogen peroxide bleaching was carried out. The mechanism of bleaching pulp bleaching was also discussed. Bleaching has been compared to lay the foundation for further optimization of bleaching pulp bleaching process.
